Terms and licence for the apps
These terms are for the apps I publish on the Atlassian Marketplace for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, through Toine.com B.V. Version 1, 21 September 2026.
Licence
The apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and licensed to you under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Those are the end user licence agreement. If this page and those terms differ, the Atlassian terms win. Nothing on this page gives you more rights than those terms do.

Pricing and billing
The apps are sold as Paid via Atlassian. Prices are per user per month or per year, as published on each app's Marketplace listing. Billing, invoicing, trial periods, renewals and refunds all go through Atlassian under its Marketplace rules. I don't take payment directly.
What the apps do and don't do
The apps read data from your Atlassian site and show it to you. They don't write to Jira or Confluence. A "ready" or "not ready" verdict in an app is a summary of the criteria you set up, checked against the data in your site at that moment. It's input for your release decision. The decision itself is yours, and the app doesn't replace your own testing, review or approval process.
Support
Support goes by email, in English, on working days (Monday to Friday, Central European Time). I aim to answer within two working days and to fix confirmed defects in the next release. Security issues get priority. Support doesn't include custom development, training or configuration work inside your site.
Availability and changes
The apps run on Atlassian Forge, so they depend on Atlassian's platform being available. I may update the apps, and that can mean changing or removing features. Bigger changes I describe in the release notes on the Marketplace. If I ever withdraw an app from the Marketplace, existing customers hear about it through Atlassian's channels and the app keeps working for the period Atlassian's terms provide.
Privacy
How the apps handle data is in the privacy policy for the apps. In short: no data leaves Atlassian and I have no access to your site.
